Conference packages include 3 nights accommodation, welcome drink, meals, gala dinner, excursion, and access to hotel facilities.
The conference will take place at the Palacio de los Infantes (San Lorenzo de El Escorial, Madrid, Spain). This is the only structure entitled to provide the services for the PR’24 conference. For registration to be valid, your stay must be booked at this hotel via the web form link available on this site.
Two room options are available:
- Private room is a double-room reserved for one participant. For further details, please directly contact the hotel after the booking.
- Shared room is a double-room which is shared with another conference participant. In this case during the registration process you will be asked to indicate the name you want to share the room with. In case of no indication, room assignment will be made by the hotel.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations received before May 23 will receive a 70% refund of the quota. Cancellations received after May 23 will not be refunded.
